Holiday Greetings! (belated)

Yes, I realize that I'm kind of late with that greeting, but it's good timing to make you think. Sometimes during the holidays we get all wrapped up (pun intended) and don't get to do all that we intend, but as long as we remember the important things... life should be good.

I photographed several family sessions during this holiday season. but didn't manage to get them on the blog, so I'm taking this opportunity to share them with you, and remind you that it's never too late to "reclaim" the holiday spirit, especially in upstate New York ! It's still cold, so just start humming a carol, and you're there!

What better gift for mom for Christmas than glowing smiles like these?

Mom and mom's angels decked the halls AND the Christmas cards for the season. So much nicer than those cute self portraits done with the cell phone cameras, don't you think?

Fresh cut tree, hand strung cranberries, a tuckered out cat and a relaxed portrait in the family home made this warm family portrait -- much warmer than the outside temperature that day.

And these little faces certainly won Santa's heart when he saw them sleeping peacefully; and boy was he glad, because he knew what kind of energy they have when they were awake, and he had to be out of there by then !

So, just in case I missed you during the regular season, happy holidays again! ( I tend to celebrate till April). I hope the rest of the year is good for you and your hearts are filled with smiles.

Incidentally, I'm taking appointments for '08 Christmas portraits -- you don't want to be left out again, so... give us a call (smiling).

Have an awesome day.
